My name is Marian (Wieman) Precht. I grew up in Angelo, WI and graduated from Sparta High in 1991. I joined the US NAVY in January of 1993  as a Hospital Corpsman. I have traveled all over the world and seen some amazing places. I lived in Sicily for three years, was in Iraq in 2003 and did my last deployment at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.I retired in January 2013 after 20 years of service, as a Chief Petty Officer. I moved back to Sparta in 2016 and to Tony Wisconsin in 2022. I absolutely love living in this area! I have two children; my daughter is living in Virginia Beach and working as a welder. My son is in the Navy and is station in Norfolk, VA.

I have moved 19 times in the last 30 years, so I understand how stressful moving can be. I am very hard working, organized and ready to help you sell or buy your home. I know that every situation is different and I know how to use my resources to their fullest potential. I will listen to your needs and will work tirelessly upon your behalf.
