Phil is the Owner/Broker of Kaiser Realty, Inc. He is a life long resident of the area, and a Realtor since 1973. In the past, he has served as President of the Price-Rusk Board of Realtors, President of the Hayward Area Board of Realtors, Director of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and as a Governor of Education for the Realtors Association. Phil is a life-long advocate for Private Property Rights and one of the charter members of the regional Multiple Listing Service. His credentials include Graduate of the Realtors Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, and a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser.

In the Community, Phil has also participated in Public service on City & County Committees and in Community Organizations such as Lions Club, Moose Club & Jaycees.

At Kaiser Realty you will notice that it is a family business. His father John P. Kaiser started the business in 1962. Now today along with Phil's wife Cheryl and his 2 sons Adam(Associate Broker) and Jon we plan to continue the tradition for years to come.

Phil is actively involved on a daily basis with Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate. He looks forward to putting his real estate knowledge and experience to work for you.
