When you walk through the front doors at Kaiser Realty Inc. you may meet Cheryl at the Receptionist desk. Cheryl is a lifelong resident of Rusk County. She grew up on a dairy farm near Conrath. Cheryl is the youngest of 5, with 4 older brothers.

Cheryl is co-owner and married to Phil Kaiser. They have 4 children (may I add the 4 children are all boys!) and 6 Grandchildren 4 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.. They are currently living on the family farm near Ingram. 

Cheryl has been the bookkeeper for Kaiser Realty for 25+ years. She has worked retail and at a law office in Ladysmith as Office Manager/Receptionist.

In 2019 Cheryl  became a licensed Realtor and has been working hard to help her clients find their dream home or vacant land to build it.
